Blyth Market Place – Unauthorised Parking and proposed alterations to vehicle access

Blyth Market Place is a public space situated within Blyth Town centre intended predominantly for pedestrians, with some limited permitted vehicular usage for traders to gain access and trade on market days and events.

Northumberland Local Plan - Adoption

Following a resolution at Full Council on 30 March 2022, Northumberland County Council formally adopted the Northumberland Local Plan 2016 to 2036 on 31 March 2022. This is in accordance with Section 23 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Regulation 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. Attached to this email is the Northumberland Local Plan 2016 to 2036 Adoption Statement.
