**Past and Present.** Blyth Town Council have numerous flower planters, mainly within the Town Centre and at the Quayside. The Council would like to produce some graphics for the base of these planters which represents the town’s proud past through to it’s exciting future. The Town Council would like to invite members of the public to enter a photo competition, the winning photographs will be chosen by the Town Council and then used to ‘wrap’ the planters which will be displayed throughout the town. By entering the competition, you must own the photo and are giving us permission to use your photo(s).
