Healthwatch Northumberland is the local health and social care champion, listening to people’s views and experiences of services and feeding back to commissioners and providers so they know what is working well for people and what could be improved. We also have a Signposting and Information Service which can help residents find services and support. Healthwatch Northumberland is a statutory function and is commissioned by Northumberland County Council.
