It is with great sadness that we report the death of Margaret Parker, former Blyth Valley and Town Councillor, who passed away at the weekend.

During her time as a Councillor, Margaret was Mayor of Blyth Valley and Blyth Town Mayor during 2015/16 and 2016/17.

Our thoughts are with her husband, Bob and the family.
