Axwell Drive Play Area
Blyth Town Council is pleased to announce that during an Environment Committee meeting held on Tuesday, April 23 2024, the approval was given for a new play area to be built at Axwell Drive.
This new play area will provide excellent facilities for children living in the area and will be a great asset to the local community.
The old play area will be removed and the new equipment being installed is shown in the image below, providing a range of activities for children including accessible items. There will also be an additional accessible swing (not shown in the image)
The works are expected to begin in September 2024, with the completion date of the play area in late October 2024.
